Choose from 18 studio apartments and 36 one-bedroom apartments, with rents ranging from $685 to $1,125 per month. Each apartment includes an in-unit washer and dryer, giving residents the comfort and convenience they need without leaving home.
As an affordable workforce housing community, The Carrara on Farnam is income-restricted. Applicants must meet household income requirements below 60% of Area Median Income, with qualification confirmed during the application process

The Carrara on Farnam places you close to the best of downtown living. Step outside and you’re near City Hall, local restaurants, entertainment, and everyday conveniences. With the streetcar route set to run right along the building — service arriving in 2028 — residents will soon enjoy easy, car-free commuting and seamless downtown connections.
