We’re in the historic Service Life Building at 1904 Farnam Street. This building has been a landmark in downtown Omaha since it was constructed in 1927 as a bank in the art deco architectural style. It became the home of Service Life Insurance Company and in 2024, renovations began to make it a residential apartment building.
Today, it’s home to studio and one-bedroom apartments, offering modern amenities and affordable, wall-maintained homes to residents while preserving its unique historic character.
